Below you will find the shipping times and delivery costs per country. We ship our orders within 24 hours. If your order value is below €60, then the shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5,95 and €6,95 for Belgium.

Is the shipping free?
This depends on the country from which you order and your order amount. Check out the table above to see how much shipping you will have to pay.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, once you've placed your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email. And when your product is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you still have not received a confirmation email after 3 days, please send an email to hello@clayandglow.com
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This mail contains a tracking mail.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship to most of Europe, the United States and Canada! Do you want to know if we also ship to your country? Please send an email to hello@clayandglow.com.
Where does my shipment come from?
We ship all our orders from our Dutch warehouse (from The Netherlands).
Do I have to pay import taxes?
Since we are located in Europe you do not have to pay import taxes.
