Returns
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, you can return it to us within 60 days of purchase. The costs of return are at your expense. After receiving your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 working days (we use the same payment method as you used while placing your order).
Please note:
- You can return any Clay And Glow product within 60 days even if it's used. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but the product should be at least 50% full.
- If you return some of the products from a bundle, we will charge the full price for the individual products. The discount on the bundle will then be dropped.
- Empty products are not accepted and are not covered by the return policy.
- If you choose to return an order that includes a complimentary gift, we kindly request that you also return the gift. We trust that you understand these gifts are provided as a special bonus with your purchase. If you opt not to return the gift when returning your order, we reserve the right to charge the value of the gift.
- We can only accept returns that are placed on our website (www.clayandglow.com). We can not refund orders that are placed on 3rd party websites / stores.
- If we have not received a return notification, we unfortunately cannot process a return and you are not eligible for a refund.
- We can only provide a refund if we have received your products.
You can return your order within 60 days. If you want to start your return, you will need your order number and postal code. You can find your order number in your shipment confirmation email. If you have these two, then click on the button below to start your return. retour
TIP: Make sure you carefully pack fragile products. We recommend that you use the same box in which the product was deliverd. Some of our products are made of glass so can break easily. Please make sure you pack the products carefully, since we are not responsible for the problems that are caused during the return shipment.
